Follow these simple steps to book a Check-moped right away:
- Open the Gaiyo app and go to the “Moped rental” or “Moped” section on the dashboard.
2. Scan the license plate of the scooter with the built-in scanner (via the icon next to ‘Plan a trip’).
3. The scooter appears on the screen: click on ‘Ride now’ to make a reservation.
4. Choose whether you want to pay for the ride with a private or business account.
5. Tap “Start the rental” to start the rental agreement.
6. The moped will appear on your dashboard with a message stating that you have 10 minutes to reach the moped.
During the ride, you can easily pause or lock the scooter using the same screen.
